  1. Virtual lunches

These lunches or any meal-centric activities usually stimulate great conversations among participants. These conversations are key to better relationships among the team. Based on studies, employees who are happy at work have a lot of strong relationships with their colleagues. Having a regular office lunch or break can help nurture workplace wellness.

If you need help in planning virtual lunches, feel free to reach out to us here.

  1. Fun or creative classes

Consider investing in recurring social activities like an art class, a book club, or game nights that your team can look forward to.

These are great ways to bond the team and get them to work together outside of work. Activities like these build trust and help them have a better working dynamic.

At Confetti, we have plenty of options that you can try. Examples include Paint with Acrylic, Virtual Trivia, and Terrarium Workshops

  1. Ice breakers

A well-known benefit of a wellness program is that these activities strengthen the bonds between teammates. We encourage playing games and setting up activities focused on really getting to know the team.

Some of our favorite virtual activities include Two Truths and a Lie, and Guess Who. In these activities, participants will answer some quirky questions about themselves, such as “What’s your guilty pleasure?” or “What’s your claim to fame?” The team then guesses which person has “an ice cream obsession” or “was once featured in a movie”.

Getting to know these quirks and fun facts about a teammate opens up potential for friendships and openness.

  1. Wellness classes

Since we’re talking about wellness classes, we recommend our fitness and meditation classes which include Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Sound Baths, and many more.

These activities not only help mitigate stress and promote mindfulness, they also create shared moments of physical achievements and opportunities to encourage one another.

If you’re looking for a wellness class with vetted instructors, feel free to reach out to us.
