Slow flow Vinyasa yoga strengthens and stretches the entire body, while also prioritizing breath and mindfulness. Beginning with a brief introduction to yoga, our instructor will guide you through:
- Basic breathing techniques
- A series of yoga poses, or asanas
- Short guided meditation and relaxation
This slow flow class is great for beginners looking to learn fundamental yoga poses at a slower pace, or more experienced yogis who want to hone in on their poses. 🧘
