Depending on when we receive your information, orders are either processed as an Initial Order or Secondary Order, which determines shipping timelines.
Refundable Attendance Policy
This policy is in place for customers who have booked an eligible experience anticipating a higher number of attendees, and ultimately had a lesser turnout.
