About This Experience
This extra soothing sound bath workshop will teach you some of the basics of meditation. Calm your thoughts away mid-week or during wellness week!
How it works
A sound expert will guide your team through a sound journey designed to promote relaxation, exploration, personal inquiry, and other physical and mental health benefits.
Beginning with breath work, your sound therapist will introduce different frequencies and sounds from various sound bath instruments such as chimes, gongs, drums, and singing bowls. Each person will explore their own personal relationship to sound as it guides them to a deeper and more relaxed state.
Due to the meditative nature of this experience, interaction level is minimal.
