Our Deskercise Class takes modern yoga exercises and adapts them to the seated position for easy stretches you can incorporate into your everyday routine. Beginning with a brief meditation session, our instructor will guide you through simple desk stretching and movements for reducing stress.
Flowing from small to larger movements, participants will learn:
- The benefits of chair yoga
- Arm, neck, and back stretch techniques
- How to pair movement and breath
- Mindfulness and meditation exercises
