When Lee Rubin, our Co-Founder and CEO, was unexpectedly tasked with organizing her team’s team building event prior to founding Confetti, she found herself asking a simple question:
“Isn’t there an easier way to create meaningful team moments? Ones that actually connect people and don’t feel like another meeting on the calendar?”
That question became the spark for Confetti.Together with Eyal Hakim (Co-Founder & CTO), Lee set out to fix what so many companies get wrong: the broken meeting culture.
