Our holistic health professional will introduce you to the world of superfoods, teas, and herbs, along with their health benefits and how to prepare them at home.

Learn how to make 3 delicious and healthy plant-based elixir drinks, including:

• Good Mood Tea with damiana, rose, and tulsi
• The Spiced Elixir with 100% cacao, coconut sugar, coconut milk, salt, ashwagandha, kava, and golden milk spices
• The Peppermint Elixir with 100% cacao, coconut sugar, coconut milk powder, salt, superfood powder and peppermint extract

Participants will also have the chance to ask questions, chat, and enjoy their beverages together!
