According to the American Psychological Association’s 2023 Work in America survey, 92% of workers feel it’s important they work for an organization that values their emotional and psychological well-being. The same percentage also said working for an organization that provides mental health support is important to them.
In an engaging presentation, our mental health expert will cover the basics of mental health, including:
- Signs and symptoms of mental health conditions and challenges
- The impact of the stigma surrounding mental health
- Individual, team, and organizational approaches to supporting mental health at work, while contributing to a broader environment of support and sustainability
