How it works
The worldwide laughter movement started in 1995, when a physician discovered the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of laughter and adapted his findings.
Laughter increases oxygen in the body for better health and energy. Combining laughter exercises with gentle breathing techniques, laughter meditation encourages participants to “fake laugh” until real laughter flows naturally. The perfect combo of mind and body exercise!
No prior experience needed. Sense of humor and a good mood are also not required ;)
