How do classes with kits work?

Accepted Answer

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

Question 2

Can I request a specific host?

Accepted Answer

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Holiday Chocolate Tasting, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What is included in the kit?

You can find information about kit contents in the 'includes' section towards the top of the page. Please note that kit contents may differ from the pictures displayed here as we may work with several vendors to create your handcrafted kits. If you need more info, please reach out to us directly on the website for more details.

Question 4

Dietary Accommodations: vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, sugar-free, kosher

Accepted Answer

**Vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free:** Kits can be accommodated at no additional cost.

**Sugar-free:** We do not recommend a sugar-free tasting as there just isn't enough variety. If only one or so participants would need a kit like this, we can accommodate with cane sugar alternatives (like coconut palm sugar or honey).

**Kosher:** Kosher kits are not available.

A full ingredient list will be provided in the chocolate tasting kit.

**If your group needs a substantial percentage of special kits,** our vendor recommends ordering **the same type of kit for all participants** so that everyone has the same chocolate tasting experience!

Question 5

Does the chocolate contain nuts?

Accepted Answer

Our chocolate does contain nuts (and alcohol) in some samples. However, please note that **nut-free, alcohol free, vegan, and dairy-free kits** are available at **no additional cost**. Please let us know ahead of time and we can accommodate substitution requests.

Question 6

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

Holiday Chocolate Tasting can be shortened to 30 minutes, just make sure to select your preferred duration option.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration. In addition, our instructor may have to omit some content from our standard class.

Question 7

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for this experience. 🇺🇸 US shipping is free. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping costs an additional $40 per person.

We are unable to ship to AK, HI, or PR.
