How do classes with kits work?

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. Please make sure to submit all participant information by the initial deadline given upon booking as we are unable to accommodate a [Rushed Order](https://www.withconfetti.com/help-center/en/collections/6372740-initial-orders-secondary-orders) for this experience.

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Fall Origami Class, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please [reach out to our Support Team](https://www.withconfetti.com/resources/contact-us?via=form) and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What is included in the kit?

You can find information about kit contents in the 'includes' section towards the top of the page. Please note that kit contents may differ from the pictures displayed here as we may work with several vendors to create your handcrafted kits. If you need more info, please reach out to event support or chat with us directly on the website for more details.

Can I choose the paper color?

Is there a sample video / demo of this experience?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we do not have a sample video for this experience. We know how valuable videos are for our customers, and are hoping to add more video content to the platform ASAP. 💪

Otherwise, **we do not currently offer demos of any of our experiences**. That being said, you can always schedule any of our experiences for a small group ahead of time to try it out, but please note we do not offer discounts for this, and your host will run the experience as normal. Our team is always here to answer any specific questions you have about the Origami Class, and we’re happy to hop on a call if it’s easier! 🙂

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

The Fall Origami Class can be shortened to 30 minutes, just make sure to select your preferred duration option.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration. In addition, our instructor may have to omit some content from our standard class.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.
