According to the American Psychological Associationās 2023 Work in America survey, 92% of workers feel itās important they work for an organization that values their emotional and psychological well-being. The same percentage also said working for an organization that provides mental health support is important to them.
In an engaging presentation, our mental health expert will cover the basics of mental health, including:

- The impact of the stigma surrounding mental health
- Individual, team, and organizational approaches to supporting mental health at work, while contributing to a broader environment of support and sustainability
Participants will also have the opportunity to share, discuss, and reflect on their own experiences with mental health at work.
