Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for Winter Sports Racing, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

How do participants place bets?

Participants will simply place their bet verbally using Zoom or in the chat box. The bookie will then place their bets using the physical chips shown on the racing table.

Question 3

Do players have to spend their real money to play?

Accepted Answer

No! Players will not be betting with real money.

Question 4

If someone runs out of money, can they still participate?

Accepted Answer

If players run out of money early on, we'll make sure to top up chips at certain points in the game. We are happy to get guests back into the racing event, unless the client states otherwise! We always want everyone involved and playing.

Are these races pre-recorded?

Accepted Answer

The races are all in HD and are pre-recorded. This allows us to make use of a variety of races, from reindeer racing, to slope skiing, snowboarding, and more!

Question 6

Can we have teams?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you'd like your group to be split into teams, your host can split you into breakout rooms at the start of the event to pick a team name. When playing in teams, players will still gain points individually, and scores per team will be automatically averaged to generate team leaderboards.
