Totem: Personality Card Game

Grounded in positive psychology research, Totem activates the proven levers for higher wellbeing and performance at work through interactive, card-based strength recognition that boosts connection, appreciation, and team energy. In this highly engaging experience, teammates exchange feedback by combining animal and quality cards to represent each other’s best traits!
Your host will guide the group through a dynamic mix of whole-room play and small breakout sessions.
Over the course of the game, you’ll:
- Get to know your teammates through personal stories of success and passion
- Exchange Animal 🦁 and Quality 🌟 cards to spotlight each other's strengths
- Receive meaningful recognition from multiple team members
- Come back together to transform individual recognition into team unity and energy
Throughout the game, players select Animal Cards 🦁 and Quality Cards 🌟 to create “Totems” for one another — celebrating the positive strengths they see in their teammates. The final reveal encourages dialogue, laughter, and a powerful sense of recognition.

👨👩👧👦 Participants: Players will be grouped into teams of 5. Teams will spend most of the game in breakout rooms, with moments where everyone comes back together in the main room to share and reflect.
