Virtual Totem: Personality Card Game

Grounded in positive psychology research, Totem taps into the proven drivers of higher wellbeing and performance at work. Through interactive, card-based strength recognition, teams boost connection, appreciation, and momentum. In this highly engaging experience, teammates exchange feedback by combining Animal and Quality cards to represent each other's best traits! Your host will guide the group through a dynamic mix of full-group play and small breakout sessions. Over the course of the game, you'll:

• Get to know your teammates through personal stories of success and passion
• Exchange Animal 🦁 and Quality 🌟 cards to spotlight each other's strengths
• Receive meaningful recognition from multiple team members
• Come back together to transform individual recognition into team unity and energy

Throughout the game, players select Animal Cards 🦁 and Quality Cards 🌟 to create "Totems" for one another — celebrating the positive strengths they see in their teammates. The final reveal encourages dialogue, laughter, and a powerful sense of recognition.
