Totem: Personality Card Game

Totem is an interactive, card-based team building game designed to boost connection, recognition, and positivity in the workplace. In this playful yet meaningful experience, teammates exchange feedback by combining animal and quality cards to represent each other’s best traits!

Your host will guide the group through a mix of whole-room play and small breakout sessions. Over the course of the game, you’ll:

• Get to know your teammates through quick introductions and icebreakers
• Exchange Animal 🦁 and Quality 🌟 cards to build each other’s “Totems”
• Share stories and validate the traits your team sees in you
• Come back together for a group reflection that highlights everyone’s strengths

Throughout the game, players select Animal Cards 🦁 and Quality Cards 🌟 to create “Totems” for one another — celebrating the positive strengths they see in their teammates. The final reveal encourages dialogue, laughter, and a powerful sense of recognition.

The result? A fun, fast-paced session that sparks meaningful conversations, strengthens bonds, and leaves everyone feeling valued.
