Beginning with a brief introduction of the mental health benefits of laughter yoga, a certified laughter yoga teacher will guide participants through an uplifting laughter session, including:
- Deep breathing and warm-up exercises
- Interactive laughter activities
- End of session Q&A and wind-down
Believe it or not, Laughter Yoga is one of our most popular wellness experiences, encouraging participants to fake laugh until real laughter flows naturally. These playful exercises will get you out of your comfort zone and laughing out loud with your team.
