In this fun class, a live instructor will show you how to:
- Prep your dumpling ingredients
- Make dumpling wrappers
- Mix ingredients from your kit to create a filling with dried mushrooms or anything you'd like!
- Wrap dumplings in various shapes like triangular, crescent, or pleated
- Steam, boil, or pan fry dumplings
Recipe makes 2+ servings. Great for sharing a meal with a family member or friend!

My team loves the dumpling-making class experience, everything you need is ready in a package with instructions. Our host is very engaged and interactive with the team!
Our instructor was fantastic and was really great at facilitating a large virtual class! She kept a great pace and constantly circled back to whatever steps we needed.
I enjoyed how down to earth our event host was, and how she was a member of the community of which we were enjoying the cultural activity. In addition to being fun, it also wound up being very educational.
The dumpling making class was super fun and informative. I didn't expect to learn how to properly cut an onion, garlic, and ginger! Our host was extremely informative and so knowledgable about the culinary world.
