In this healthy cooking class, learn how to use superfoods to make delicious sides and salads, in addition to preparing a fish dish. Follow along as you learn simple cooking tips that you can use to prepare a variety of healthy meals and snacks.
Participants will make and prep ingredients together in a step-by-step process, and our chef will touch on different ways to season and cook your dish. Our cooking instructor will also include fun facts on:
- The nutritional benefits of fish and superfoods
- The fascinating science behind food and cooking
- How to use all parts of the vegetable so that there is zero waste
- Growing and maintaining your own herbs
This cooking class includes Q&A opportunities, giving participants the chance to ask more about healthy food and eating.
