How It Works
In this online cooking class, learn how to use superfoods to make delicious sides and salads, in addition to preparing a fish dish. Follow along as you learn simple culinary techniques that you can use to cook a variety of healthy dishes.
Participants will make and prep ingredients together, and our chef will touch on different ways to season and cook your dish. Our cooking instructor will also include fun facts on:
- The nutritional benefits of fish and superfoods
- The fascinating science behind food and cooking
- How to use all parts of the vegetable so that there is zero waste
- Growing and maintaining your own herbs
