Our expert barre instructor will guide your team through a low-impact, high-intensity barre workout class set to an upbeat playlist of popular hits. Beginning with an introduction and warm-up, participants will follow step-by-step demonstrations of basic full body barre exercises.
Inspired by a combination of ballet, pilates, and yoga, barre uses a wide variety of small repetitive movements to strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups. This music-driven workout focuses on muscular endurance with an emphasis on the elegant posture and techniques featured in traditional ballet.
This full-body online barre class can be modified for all experience levels, from absolute beginners to professional ballerinas.
