How do gift boxes work?

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once gift boxes have shipped. ✅

Can I customize this box?

Cocktail box contents are not customizable. We do not offer any custom notes, packaging, or branding at this time.

Does this come with a host?

Accepted Answer

Gift boxes do not come with a host. However, we include a recipe so that you can make the cocktail yourself! You can also choose to hop on a Zoom call with your team to make this a more interactive experience.

Are mocktail alternatives available?

Accepted Answer

Mocktail alternatives **are not** available for the Old-Fashioned cocktail but are available for the Margarita and the Moscow Mule cocktails.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your desired delivery date. If you're looking to have a delivery date sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for this experience. 🇺🇸 US shipping is free. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping costs an additional $100 per person.

We are unable to ship to AK, HI, or PR.
