How do classes with kits work?

When you book a class with a kit, we send participants all of the ingredients or supplies that they need.

**Address collection:** Once payment is received, our team will send you an address collection form and invite text to relay to your team. 📄

**Shipment tracking:** We’ll also provide a master tracking sheet which you can use to track submissions as well as tracking information once kits have shipped. ✅

Who is the host for this experience?

Accepted Answer

This experience is created and led by knowledgeable Native American hosts who are passionate about bringing their cultural and historical knowledge to audiences across all demographics. Because we work with a handful of vendors, we will not be able to confirm the specific vendor until after booking.

Can I request a specific host?

We are unable to guarantee certain hosts for the Dream Catcher Making Workshop, as their booking is dependent on availability. Please drop a note in the 'special requests' section when booking, and we'll do our best to make it happen. Either way, we promise you'll have a wonderful experience with any of our vetted hosts!

What is included in the kit?

You can find information about kit contents in the 'includes' section towards the top of the page. Please note that kit contents may differ from the pictures displayed here as we may work with several vendors to create your handcrafted kits. If you need more info, please reach out to event support or chat with us directly on the website for more details.

Can this experience be shortened?

Accepted Answer

The Dream Catcher Making Workshop can be shortened to 45 minutes, just make sure to let us know in the special requests section.

For the most engaging and interactive experience, we recommend booking for the full 60 minutes. Please note that we cannot accommodate any price adjustments for a shorter duration. In addition, projects may not be completed.

Is this experience family friendly?

Yes! Based on the skills required, the Dream Catcher Making Workshop is suitable for kids ages 8+.

We do recommend having enough adult participants to individually pair up with younger children in order to assist with instructions and materials.

When is the deadline to collect addresses?

Accepted Answer

The deadline to collect addresses will be EOD **13 business days** from your event date. If you're looking to have an event sooner than 13 business days, your deadline will be EOD **10 business days** and will require rush processing. The cost of rush processing can be found under the shipping upgrades section of the experience page.

**Oct - Dec:** During the busier holiday season, we cannot accommodate orders on a shorter timeframe.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

At this time, we only offer shipping to the US & Canada for this experience. 🇺🇸 US shipping is free. 🇨🇦 Canadian shipping costs an additional $100 per person.

We are unable to ship to AK, HI, or PR.
