Custom icebreakers for your team
Before the Event: The Confetti team will provide you with a submission form to provide 6 icebreaker questions, including examples and tips on how to create the most exciting and engaging prompts. 3 of your questions will be featured in the Water Cooler game along with 3 questions from the Confetti team.
During the Event: Groups will be presented with a fun icebreaker question, and randomly put into small groups to answer the question in breakout rooms. Your host will set a timer and after 3-5 minutes, participants will be brought back to the main room for a different question and re-randomized for another round. Each Water Cooler session includes 6 rounds.
At the end, everyone will come together to share their most fun, interesting, or weird fact. The only rule is you must share someone else's fun fact, not your own!
This experience is for remote teams interested in getting to know their coworkers in a fun, low-pressure environment.

👪 Participants: Please note that groups are created randomly using breakout rooms, and re-randomization cannot be guaranteed. Participants may be paired with the same partner(s) multiple times throughout the event.
❗️Note: Submissions must be received at least 6 business days prior to event. If the deadline passes and we have not received your submission, your event must be canceled or rescheduled for a later date.
