We are often our own harshest critics, and it’s usually easier to tell ourselves who we are not, instead of acknowledging who we are! Engage in honest and self-reflective mini exercises and games that will help your team catapult their way to confidence, including:
🤫 Tiny Traitorous Trivia Game - How does being an actual imposter differ from the feelings of imposter syndrome? In this game, two traitors have all the answers and are trying to convince the other players to guess incorrectly. Notice how we are more likely to cast blame on others when we actually ARE the imposter!
🔎 Self-Reflection Close-Ups - Participants will be presented with self-reflective workplace statements to agree or disagree with. These will range from questions that deal with ownership of our own success at work to identifying individuals that empower us to be our best selves.
🧗🏼♀️ Clubhouse Adventure - Put your team's unique talents to the test in an adventure scenario that highlights ways in which you each save the day with your unique confidence and expertise.
📝 Clubhouse Crest Debrief - Create an abstract, visual representation of your team's collective values. Key words and takeaways will come into focus with a word cloud you can proudly display in your workplace.
