Conflict Resolution Water Cooler
$275Let's work it out!
To begin, there will be an opening conflict resolution activity to get participants engaging and sharing their opinions on workplace conflict. Groups will then be presented with a conflict situation or question, and randomly paired one-on-one or in a small group to answer the question in breakout rooms. For example: "Discuss a time in which you were able to think on your feet to resolve a conflict. What did you learn from it?"
Participants will be brought back to the main room for a different question and re-randomized for another round. Each round is 5 minutes, with a total of 3 rounds.
Reflect and debrief: At the end, everyone will come together to share something they learned about one of their coworkers and a takeaway from the exercise that they hope to bring with them into the workplace.
🤝 "Why is conflict resolution important?" Conflict is an inevitable part of working with people of different backgrounds, perspectives, and work styles. This workshop focuses on addressing workplace conflict head-on, while learning how to resolve team issues with respect, creating a more positive working environment and stronger teams.
This conflict resolution game is for teams looking to develop conflict resolution and communication skills in a fun, low-pressure environment, while getting to learn more about their teammates in small groups.
