Can I book this experience again if I've already played in past years?

YES! We've created all new questions for the 2025 Halloween season. If you have previously played the game, you can book it again with confidence that none of the questions are the same.

Question 3

How does this experience change when it's run as a hybrid event?

Accepted Answer

**Structure of the game:** This experience runs the same in both a virtual and hybrid setting! Your host will simply call on individuals to share an answer when it's their turn, rotating between teams throughout the event. To encourage individual participation, answers will not be discussed amongst teammates!

**Tech setup:** For in-office participants, we recommend using a shared projector screen or TV setup, so at least one computer is needed to connect to the Zoom! Your host needs to be able to hear the answers of in-office participants.

The final lightning round will be a buzz-in round so we recommend that all participants have a phone handy to access the buzzer. The buzzer can be accessed via personal computer as well.

What is the level of difficulty for this game?

Difficulty is subjective! We try to make all of our games fun but the right amount of challenging. Because it is focused on a specific topic, the questions for Halloween Coworker Clash may be slightly more challenging than our classic Clash game, but players will still be able to make educated guesses.

Is this game work appropriate and international friendly?

Our games are designed with corporate teams in mind and, based on customer input, we consider Halloween Coworker Clash to be international-friendly! However, we are a U.S.-based team and some questions may require basic knowledge of U.S. pop culture.

Please make sure to enter your group details and any other relevant info in the ‘context for your host’ section of your event briefing after booking. We can’t guarantee content adjustments, but we gladly welcome feedback.

Can I see the list of questions and answers beforehand?

As company policy, we do not provide Halloween Coworker Clash game content for approval ahead of time (and to prevent spoilers!) but rest assured that our games team creates and vets all of the questions for our hosted game experiences. 💪

Can we create team names?

Accepted Answer

If selecting 'randomized' for your team assignment, your host will randomize players as they join the game interface. Before starting game play, they will ask each team to come up with their team name aloud. For the 'choose your teams' option, we provide a sign-up sheet to fill out your players' names and team name ahead of time.

How many people are on a team?

Accepted Answer

Teams are based on headcount! A headcount of 24 or fewer will have 2 teams of up to 12 players each. A headcount of 25-40 will have 4 teams of up to 10 players each, all in the same room. A headcount of 40+ will have breakout rooms split evenly, with up to 4 teams each, with a max of 40 per room.

How does the game work with 4 teams?

During the main round of the game, teams will alternate between playing and watching other teams compete. Each team will typically play 2-3 rounds.

All 4 teams will compete in the final lightning round, where they’ll want to be the first to buzz in and give a correct response. At the end of your event, the team with the most points wins!

What if my team has a hard stop time?

Halloween Coworker Clash lasts around 60 min, but there may be some fluctuations based on introductions, group size, and group dynamics. Our hosts try to keep gameplay as close to schedule as possible.

How many winners are there? Can we award prizes?

Prizes are **not** included or required. You're welcome to source your own prizes - please [reach out to our Support Team](https://www.withconfetti.com/resources/contact-us?via=form) and we can help with this! There will be one winning team per breakout room game. For a 40 person game, there will be one winning team of up to 10 participants. There will be another winning team for every additional 40 participants.

Can this event be recorded?

Due to the use of breakout rooms for groups over 40, we are **not** able to record this event for larger groups. Thanks for your understanding!
