Disability Allyship in the Workplace
$40 USD / personEmpathy in action
This guided workshop builds cultural competency and active allyship around disability in the workplace. Created and led by a member of the disabled community, your team will explore how disability is defined, perceived, and supported and the role we all play in removing barriers.
In an engaging, lecture-based discussion, participants will learn:
- Foundation-building definitions and key data to reframe how we think about disability
- Language and communication best practices that support psychological safety
- Real-world workplace scenarios to apply an inclusive, human-first lens
- Everyday allyship actions
This workshop is designed for everyone, whether you’re new to disability inclusion or looking to deepen your impact. Teams will walk away with practical tools, greater empathy, and a shared commitment to access and equity.
Note: This is a personal and engaging experience, which requires participation for value. Participants should come with an open mindset and be ready to contribute to the conversation. Our instructor will create an open and welcoming space for participants to ask any questions or share thoughts about their own experience at the end.
