Our virtual meditation class typically covers:
- A brief intro to meditation as a regular practice
- Grounding breathwork exercises
- Guided meditation time with a holistic coach
Plus, get answers to the basic barriers that many beginners face, such as: How long do I implement these exercises? What should I focus on? How do I overcome distractions?
Unlike our Relaxation Class which is primarily focused on the body, this practice is more focused on achieving a mental state of calm, peace, and balance.
