From the age-old Hindu and Buddhist practice of yoga to the ancient Chinese tradition of martial arts, the art of mindfulness is deeply integrated into Asian daily life and culture.
In this wellness class, participants will learn about yoga or meditation from a culturally representative expert. Experience a relaxing and transformative session, including:
- A brief cultural overview and introduction to the practice
- Guided exercises centered on breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness
- Cool down and reflection
These classes are a great resource to equip your team with the tools to decrease stress and increase a sense of peace, calm, and well-being.
