If you'd like another member of your team to have access to your event materials, such as your Event Briefing, they will need to be invited as an Event Collaborator.
To do this, they will need to begin by creating a free account with us, if they aren't signed up already!
From there, you can navigate to your event in the My Events section of your account.
Click the blue Invite Collaborators button on the right-hand side of the screen, and enter their email address that they signed up with.
They will then receive an email with an invitation! 📩 As soon as they've accepted the invitation, they will be able to view all of the event materials.
You can also Edit Collaborators directly in your Event Briefing, which you will receive within 1 business day of booking your event.
If you need to add an alternate point of contact that our team can get in touch with regarding your event, navigate to the Point(s) of Contact section of your Event Briefing. From there, you can list team members as points of contact, and select a Primary Point of Contact if it’s someone other than yourself!
