In order to receive a refund for a lesser turnout, you must check all of the boxes for the following criteria:

  • You must book an experience that is eligible for refund (or any or their alternatives) and be on a Pro or Enterprise Plan with Confetti. Plus Plan customers will receive a 50% refund for the difference in cost.

  • The event must be hosted through the standard Confetti Zoom meeting so we can verify attendance.

  • Minimum spend costs will not be refunded as part of the Refundable Attendance Policy.

  • The request must be submitted for a refund within 2 business days of the event passing.

  • The experience must be eligible for our Refundable Attendance Policy:

    • The experience is not a booking with a shipped component.

    • The booking is not Murder Mystery or Casino Night.

  • Customers with events that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, we recommend booking for the minimum number of participants, and increasing it closer to the event date when you have a better understanding of how many people will attend.
