What is the Refundable Attendance Policy?

This policy offers the flexibility to receive a refund in the form of Confetti Credits for a lesser turnout for a handful of experiences.

Updated today

The Refundable Attendance Policy is in place for Subscription customers* who are unsure of their final headcount, book an experience anticipating a higher number of attendees, and ultimately had a lesser turnout. This policy offers the flexibility to receive a refund in the form of Confetti Credits for the difference in headcount**. Most experiences we offer are eligible! For more information about eligible experiences, see this page here.

* Plus Plan customers will receive 50% refund on the difference in cost based on a lower headcount. Pro & Enterprise Plan customers will receive 100% refund on the difference in cost.

** Events that were recorded are eligible for Refundable Attendance but will also be subject to the policy below.

Recorded Events

Events that are recorded are still eligible to receive refunds under Refundable Attendance, but unique views on your event's recording within the 30 day period following the corresponding event will count as attendees to your event.

For example, for an event planned for 100 participants, if 50 people attended the event live but 25 people watched the recording after the event, a difference of only 25 attendees could be claimed as part of our Refundable Attendance Policy.
