To get the ball rolling, all you need to do is share a list of the names, email addresses, and countries of your participants. From there, the Confetti team will deliver the rewards directly to your team's inboxes.
⏰ Timelines & Submission Deadlines
To make sure your digital gifts are scheduled and arrive on time, we establish clear timelines for gathering your participant list.
Need more time? If your guest list is still growing and you need to extend your deadline to catch a few late sign-ups, simply let us know! While extensions depend heavily on your requested delivery date, the Confetti team will always do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
Last-Minute Additions: If someone decides to join last minute, reach out to our Support Team via the chat widget. We can look into sending an additional voucher.
📅 Managing Your Gift Card Delivery Date
By default, all digital rewards are scheduled to hit your team's inboxes at 12:00 PM ET on your selected delivery date.
If your plans change and your rewards have not been sent or scheduled yet, we can update the delivery date for you. However, if the rewards have already been sent or scheduled, we are unable to make any adjustments.
