Collaborators on Your Booking 👯♀️
Planning events is easier (and more fun!) when you don’t have to do it alone. That’s why Confetti lets you add collaborators to your event booking. Collaborators can help you plan, manage, and finalize your event alongside you.
Adding a Collaborator ➕
You can invite collaborators directly from your booking:
Open your event on Confetti.
Look for the option to Add Collaborator (you can do this from your cart while booking or later from your event briefing).
Enter your colleague’s email address and send the invite.
Once invited, collaborators will receive an email invitation to join the event. They’ll need to log in with the same email address you invited to accept.
What Collaborators Can Do 🛠️
Collaborators have the same level of access to your booking as you do. That means they can:
View all event details
Make changes to the booking, including customizations and add-ons
Pay for the event
View and complete the event briefing
Invite additional collaborators
This makes it simple for multiple team members to share the responsibility of planning and paying for your event.
Notifications & Transparency ✉️
Every collaborator will see the event under their own Confetti account once they accept the invite.
If a collaborator makes a change, the assigned event coordinator receives a notification, so nothing gets lost in the mix.
Invoices are sent to the collaborator who actually made the payment (so finance folks can keep track!).
Accessing the Briefing Together 📋
Collaborators also get access to the event briefing. If the briefing is already published when they join, they’ll be able to open and review it right away. This makes it easy for multiple stakeholders to contribute to important pre-event details.
Managing Collaborators 🔄
You can add as many collaborators as needed.
Collaborators can also invite others if you’d like to expand access.
If someone tries to access an event they’re not a collaborator on, they’ll see a clear error page prompting them to request access.
Why Use Collaborators? 🌟
Shared responsibility – Planning isn’t all on one person.
Flexible payments – Whoever pays gets the invoice, making it easier for different departments to cover costs.
Transparency – Everyone sees the same booking details, customizations, and timelines.
