Booking Preferences

This article shows how to adjust your Booking Preferences after you've completed payment!

Booking Preferences are an easy way to indicate some commonly requested items for your event, like recording or using the Zoom before or after your event. We know these things change though, so we also make it super easy to update these, even after you've booked!

β˜‘οΈ Updating Booking Preferences

To update your Booking Preferences on any individual booking after you've completed payment:

  • Go to 'My Bookings'

  • Click on the booking you'd like to adjust

  • Use the hamburger menu (three dots) in the top right corner

  • Select Booking Preferences

  • Update the preference you'd like to change!

Booking Preferences are editable by customers up to 1 business day before your booking start time. If you'd like to make an update after that point though, our Support team can help with this! Please contact us with the change you'd like to make and we'll assist.
