Q: Do I need to sign up for a membership in order to book?

While there are no membership costs or subscription fees to browse or book an experience, you will need to create an account (which is free!) in order to do so. You can either sign up with your work email or sign in with your Google account. (It only takes 5 seconds, promise!)


Q: How do I reset my password?

If you've signed up with Google, there is no password associated with your account.

If you've signed up with an email and password combination, you can reset your password by logging out β†’ "Forgot Password?" (on the log-in page) β†’ follow the instructions on the page.


Q: How do I switch the email address on my account?

If you've signed up with Google, there is no way to change your email. You'd need to create a new account with the new email. Once that is done, click the chat widget on any experience page to message our team to switch your events over to the new account.

If you've signed up with an email and password combination, you are able to change your email by clicking on your user avatar in the top-right corner of the page β†’ Edit Profile.


Q: How do I delete my Confetti account?

You are able to delete your user by clicking on your user avatar in the top-right corner of the page β†’ Edit Profile β†’ Delete My User. If you ever change your mind, we’ll be right here. Here is our Privacy Policy, as well.
