Frequently asked questions regarding Confetti's Address Collection process!

✏️ Form Customization

Question: Can I customize my booking's address collection form?

Answer: Confetti's address collection form cannot currently be customized to add, adjust, or remove any questions in the form, or adjust the visual presentation of the form.


βœ… Addresses Already Collected

Question: What if I already have all of my participants' addresses compiled? Can I send those to Confetti?

Answer: No need to input everyone's information into our address collection form, we can get this all uploaded for you! Please contact our team and we'll help get this set up for you. Please make sure you've collected all the following information for every participant:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Shipping address

  • Email address*

  • Phone number*

*Participant contact information is used to coordinate if any issues arise during shipping.

Once we have that information, we'll also confirm for you if any other information (ex: dietary preferences) should be collected as well, and make sure you have the full list of available options.


πŸ€” Address Uncertainty

Question: I'm (or one of my participants is) traveling between my address collection deadline and our event date. What address should we provide?

Answer: Thanks for thinking ahead on this! If possible, we always recommend using the address you'll be at for attending your event, but making sure someone will be at that address and can receive and unpack your kit for you when it arrives. We know that may not always be possible though - check out the section on this page about sending a kit early. This may be the best option for you if you cannot ship your kit to your future destination (especially for shelf stable kits!).


🚚 Shipping Early

Question: Can we ship a kit (or multiple/all kits) early?

Answer: Our shipping timelines are intended to ensure that kits arrive on time, even a little early, and if the kit is part of an Initial Order, we'll guarantee it! That being said, kits can be shipped early so long as we have all necessary information for that participant/kit (address info, dietary preferences, etc.). To request this, get in touch with our team and let us know which kit(s) you'd like to ship early, indicating by name of the participant on your address submission list.

βœ‹ Re-Shipping Kits

We often find that planners want to ship kits early in order to re-ship them to another location. Please note that Confetti's Shipping Insurance only applies to our initial shipment to the address provided to us, meaning any damage, spoiling, or delays to a kit after Confetti has delivered to the address provided to us is not covered by our Shipping Insurance.


πŸ“• Closing Forms Early

Question: Can I close my address collection form early?

Answer: Absolutely! Reach out to us and let us know when you'd like your form to close, ideally planning this in advance so we can program your form to close early. If you reach out to close your form immediately, there may be a delay as our team gets to your message.
