🔍 Finding Details About an Experience on Confetti

Whether you're planning a team celebration, a holiday party, or just some virtual fun, Confetti makes it easy to explore and book the perfect experience for your group. Each experience page on our platform is packed with everything you need to make the best decision—no guesswork required!


📘 How It Works Section

Each experience page includes a “How it works” section that gives a clear overview of what to expect from the event. This section is always visible—no need to click to expand—and is located right beneath the experience title and image.

  • You'll get a quick summary of the activity, how it’s run, and any notable highlights.

  • It’s a great place to learn about the structure and tone of the event to see if it’s a fit for your team.


💰 Viewing Pricing & Getting an Instant Quote

You can customize your experience and get an instant quote directly on the experience page, even before signing up! Simply scroll to the right-hand "Plan this experience" panel and enter:

  • Your expected headcount

  • Desired options or add-ons

Our pricing is transparent and updates in real time based on your selections, showing any minimum spend requirements or extra fixed fees if applicable.

💡 Tip: You’ll always see a clear “From $X” price at the top of the page, which reflects the lowest possible cost for that experience based on default settings.


👥 Understanding Group Size Requirements

Every experience includes a group size badge below the description. It will tell you:

  • “Minimum X people” — the lowest required headcount

  • “Maximum X people” — the largest group size the experience can accommodate

  • “X–Y people” — the full acceptable range

If your group is larger than the maximum allowed, a helpful message will suggest ways to accommodate everyone, like booking multiple sessions.


⏱️ Duration Info

Right next to the group size badge, you'll find the event duration. Some events have a fixed time (e.g., “Typically 1 hour”), while others offer a range (e.g., “45–60 minutes”) depending on options you select. If the duration has a dashed underline under it, hovering over the duration listed will show additional information about the duration of that experience.


🛠️ Available Customizations

Experience pages also include a preview of available customizations:

  • Choose a format (Confetti-hosted, BYO, etc.)

  • Pick themes or upgrades (like rush processing or premium kits)

  • See what’s included in the base package

Each customization shows all available options, and any selected customization will reflect in your instant quote on the right-hand panel.

Not all customizations are required! Next to the name of the customization (i.e. for Participation Type in the image above) is a label that indicates if the customization is required or optional.


🖥️ Supported Formats

Some experiences are flexible in how they're hosted! You can check if the experience supports:

  • BYO (Bring Your Own) materials

  • Virtual or Hybrid formats (if no Hybrid option is shown, the event is likely not Hybrid-friendly)

Any limitations (such as being incompatible with BYO) will be noted on the experience page or in our Help Center.

Below the 'Plan this Experience' menu, you’ll find an FAQ section that addresses common questions about the experience. Topics often include:

  • Accessibility

  • Event content questions

  • Participation policies

These FAQs are added and updated regularly to reflect real customer inquiries and helpful clarifications.
