Water Cooler
From $150Skip the weather talk
Groups will be presented with an icebreaker question, and randomly paired one-on-one or in a small group to answer the question in breakout rooms. Participants will then be brought back to the main room for a different question and re-randomized for another round. Each round is ~2 minutes, with a total of 3 rounds or more.
At the end, everyone will come together to share their most fun, interesting, or weird fact. Only rule is, you can only share someone else's fun fact, not your own!
This experience is for teams interested in getting to know their coworkers in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Great for:
- Learning about your coworkers in small groups

👪 Participants: For teams above 150, participants will be broken up into groups of 3 or 4 people.

We planned this because we have some new team members who are all remote and we wanted them to get to know each other a little better. The Water Cooler event was super fun, the timing was right so there were no awkward silences.
Loved Confetti from the first time we used it to help "break the ice" with new hires. As a remote company, we need this type of product for onboarding but I can see it being used for other team building purposes too!
Our host was very personal and gave us plenty of high quality prompts that opened the door to good discussions among our team that we can continue even after the event.
We had so much fun getting to know random facts about one another in this fast paced game! It was exciting to see who we'd be paired with next! Our host was high energy and funny, even on a Monday morning!

These questions are random, weird, and silly. Nothing work-related! Example: If you had to eat a crayon, what color would you choose?
Learn more about your coworkers with work and career-related questions. Example: What was your very first job?
Get into the summer mood with summer-related questions. Example: What's the best way to beat the summer heat?
Add onto another experience or break the ice before a meeting.
This is our most popular option for those who really want to get to know their team.
Spend more time sharing and learning about your coworkers with additional questions.
