We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who is ready to take total responsibility of building out and scaling the Sales Department, including building the sales operations and infrastructure.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.
Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).
Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).
10+ years in sales and 4+ years as a senior (Director/VP+) leader at a B2B SaaS company that has grown at >80% YoY from $10MM to $50MM ARR and beyond.
A solid track record of 10+ years as a B2B sales leader, including experience in second-line leadership, and expertise in designing and executing GTM strategies.
Demonstrated a successful history of building and leading high-performing teams across SMB, MM, and enterprise segments, with proficiency in recruiting, mentoring and performance management.
Strong leadership and management skills in the sales space.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools.
A process-driven approach and continuously strive to improve existing processes.
The Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and make data-driven decisions.
Experience selling both smaller volume tickets ($1-10k) alongside higher ticket accounts ($250k+).
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field. (PLUS)
Experience selling into HR market. (BIG PLUS)
Experience in managing to and forecasting sales attainment based on pipeline visibility.
Building, Scaling and leading the Sales Department & Team.
Building out sales processes and strategies for multiple market segments (SME and perhaps later, our Enterprise customers).
Growing and developing multiple front-line and support teams.
Providing feedback to our Product Team to improve customer experience and monetization.
Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
A master of value-based selling, relationship management, and evolve our organization to deliver on “predictable, profitable growth.”
Setting goals, analyzing sales data and market trends in the industry to identify opportunities for growth, and creating accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly bases.
Acting as a primary ‘go-to’ for all sales-related issues and questions including working with legal and other departments regarding closing contracts.
Working with the CEO, VP of Marketing, Director of Customer Service and VP of Customer Success to develop the end-to-end plan in order to efficiently develop, launch and grow new revenue streams, lead and manage complex cross-functional efforts to drive a retention based sales strategy.
Representing the company at industry events and conferences.
Setting goals, analyzing sales data and market trends in the industry to identify opportunities for growth, and creating accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly bases.
Acting as a primary ‘go-to’ for all sales-related issues and questions including working with legal and other departments regarding closing contracts.
