As the Senior Marketing Designer (Art Director), you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand image and driving visual excellence across all marketing channels. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will contribute to the success of our virtual event initiatives.
This role is 80% about executing and 20% about managing and coaching other people.

From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.
Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).
Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).
5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer or Art Director in a B2B marketing environment.
Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with a focus on SaaS or related industries.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage and coach other designers.
Expertise in Figma Design System capabilities - MUST.
Understanding trends and technologies for scaling and automating design processes.
‍Providing art direction for marketing creative strategy, in alignment with the internal design guild’s processes and principles.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate concepts, themes, and messages are represented effectively and consistently for the business objective(s) and audience(s).
Producing high-quality and engaging visual content, including: banners, infographics, images, for blog posts and marketing campaigns, 1-pagers, ebook, presentations, marketing landing pages, etc.
Ensuring a smooth end-to-end planning and execution of tasks, to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines met.
Working with cross-functional teams to align visuals with messaging and to ensure brand consistency.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging design technologies, integrating innovative design approaches to keep our marketing visual identity fresh and modern.
