As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be managing our platform, and leading the development of messaging, positioning, pricing, along with product launch plans, and customer research and analysis.Â
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing with experience in marketplaces, a deep understanding of how to research and identify target audience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as product, sales, and customer success.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with a little bit of chaos and ambiguity, who loves building things from the ground up and scaling them to suit a rapidly expanding company!

5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with a strong knowledge of B2B marketplaces. - MUST
Proven track record of launching and marketing successful SaaS products.
Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles and customer needs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with marketing automation, lead generation and data tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as product, sales, and customer success.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Working with the VP of Marketing to develop and execute Confetti’s product marketing strategy.
Defining the product positioning, messaging, and value proposition for our products, declined for specific ICPs and buyer personas.
Conducting market research and customer segmentation analysis to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Analyzing product performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Developing and executing pricing strategies and go-to-market plans.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and sales training programs.
Collaborating with the product team to create a product roadmap and launch plans.
Representing the company at online events and global conferences.
