Position Details

Own the Customer Relationship!

Confetti is looking for sellers to focus on engagement with existing customers and new prospects in your assigned accounts within the SMB business segment. You’ll build positive, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executives and help customers maximize the value of their investment in the Confetti platform.

As a member of our SMB team, you will empower customers create a culture of employee engagement embedded throughout their organization. You will advocate how Confettis’ solutions will enable them to create a thriving, distributed workforce and maintain the sense of community the keeps employee retention high.

You're a highly motivated sales professional who is passionate about Confetti and the impact of our solutions. You’re curious, a great listener, open-minded to new ideas and swift to implement best practices. You own the customer relationship by establishing trust and credibility and quarterbacking an exceptional buyer experience.

Oh yea…. you check your ego at the door and always bring a positive, collaborate attitude to the workplace.

Confetti operates in the HR tech space and provides a solution for employee culture & engagement. Our product allows companies to discover, plan and book high quality experiences for their teams for every use case. From team building, onboarding, DE&I and even learning & development, our rich catalog provides hundreds of fresh options for any budget and team size.

Product Led - As a managed marketplace for employee experiences, we put the user-experience of our platform at the top of our priority list. We believe (and have significant evidence) that a great platform sells itself, and always prefer investing in the platform & marketing automation as scalable sales channels.

Data Driven - We heavily utilize analytics to measure the usage of every feature we release, and use hard evidence when making decisions regarding what’s next (you’ll never have to build something just because sales/investors asked for it).

Corporate-Consumer Facing - Selling directly to any employee that holds a company credit card, Confetti enjoys the benefits of B2C companies (low-touch onboarding, no sales or corporate approvals needed, etc.) and those of B2B companies (high recurring budgets, high willingness-to-pay, low pricing sensitivity).

You Have

1-3 years of experience as an BDR, SDR, Account Executive or Account Manager in a B2B technology or services business.

Experience prospecting and/or closing net new logos, developing and expanding business within existing accounts. Success navigating accounts to access & influence stakeholders.

The ability to remove distractions and focus on top priorities to achieve your assigned goals.

Methodical approach to execution of our sales process while identifying and communicating learnings, best practices and opportunities to improve.

Forecasting, pipeline development and management skills.

Experience conducting impactful product demonstrations that are memorable and set the business apart in the market.

Adept at value-based selling methods with strong closing skills.

The ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.

Superb listening skills; understand customer challenges, pains and potential objections and articulate the business benefits of adopting Confetti.

High level of empathy - AEs must be good people to colleagues, customers and partners.

Fluency with our sales technology stack.

BS/BA Degree or relevant experience preferred.

You'll Be

Proactively engaging with new and existing good fit accounts to drive interest in our services and build the pipeline necessary to achieve revenue targets.

Effectively qualify and prioritize leads via thorough discovery with prospects.

Developing and execute on sales plans for your assigned market.

Executing strategies to expand our existing footprint within customer accounts to drive corporate wide adoption.

Managing customer interactions through the sales process including delivering product demos, proposals, business case development, and negotiate terms for our services to effectively guide deals to close.

Conducting strategic conversations with C-level and VP-level stakeholders, utilizing value-based selling techniques.

Maintaining an accurate pipeline and work with management to deliver accurate forecasts.

Identifying trends, challenges, opportunities and bring creative, innovative solutions and best practices to help drive improvements.

Delighting customers with your knowledge on Confetti products, services, and market trends.

Meeting or exceeding sales objectives and KPIs.

Collaborating with cross-functional peers to ensure we are delivering an exceptional buying experience and sharing insight across the business to make us better.
